-IMPORTANT-By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time.
- Commissions may be declined due to subject matter or if I feel it’s beyond my current skill level.
- Disrespectful behavior will result in cancellation without refund.
- Please be patient! My turnaround time can be up to 4 months, depending on what is commissioned, but will often be sooner.You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn’t been one in a while!II. PAYMENT & FEES- Payment is due in full after the initial rough sketch is done.
- Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD.
- A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.

- Commissions are for personal use only. You may use the art for icons, banners, or wallpapers. You may not use the artwork for profit (e.g. merch, monetized content, prints).
- Commercial use must be discussed beforehand and will require an additional fee.
- I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post on social media and include it in my portfolio (unless requested otherwise).IV. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Please provide clear, concise details
- Include multiple high-quality reference images of your character or subject.
- Maintain a respectful and professional tone throughout the process.
_DO NOT use or upload my artwork into any AI generators or training models. NO NFT's either!Reposting is allowed, but please credit me @Amaruskruor!Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete your commission within the agreed turnaround time. In these cases, a partial refund may be provided based on the portion of the work not yet completed. Also if a refund is issued, the commission will be considered canceled, and you will not receive the final artwork.🔒 Non-Disclosure Fee:
I have the right to post/stream WIP's and final commission artwork onto my social media. If you do not want your commission shared publicly, a non-disclosure fee will be added. This must be requested in advance and will vary depending on the piece and terms.
